how to import sound to toonboom storyboard pro

From the Select Sound File dialog box, find and select a sound file. From the Timeline menu, select Import > Sounds. From the Xsheet menu, select File > Import > Sounds.

In the Xsheet view, right-click anywhere in the frame area and select Import > Sounds. Since I'm just the IT guy, I don't know a great about the actual software, so if this is an actual setting I can reverse, or maybe a known bug in the community I may not be aware of it. From the top menu, select File > Import > Sound. Additionally, I have been unable to recreate the issue on another machine. I have tried reinstalling the software, trashing user preferences, using different audio files, but nothing has resolved the issue so far. It fails when trying to import from File-Import-Sound Clips (Via new audio track or current audio track), and right-clicking the timeline to create a new audio track does nothing. He receives no error code or message, it purely does nothing. From the top menu, select File > Import > Sound. I support IT for an animation studio, and currently have a board artist unable to import audio clips or create new audio tracks within Storyboard Pro 6. I was hoping someone here could give me a hand!
